Add pagination to the rankings endpoint

Devin is an autonomous agent that works a task end to end and opens a pull request. Its commits carry a deterministic GitHub App author name and, where a person co-authored, a trailer under an address Cognition controls.

Devin is the clearest case of a general limitation: when an agent commits under its own identity, the commit attributes to the tool, not to the engineer who scoped, reviewed and merged the work. Those commits raise the tool’s totals and the repository’s, and never a person’s rank.
