Profiles
Ranking highly here means a lot of commits carry a tool's signature. It does not say the work is good, or that the person wrote more than anyone else, or that they think of themselves as an AI-assisted developer at all. These profiles try to fill in what the number leaves out, from public repositories and public commit metadata.
No profiles published yet. The first ones are being written from the current snapshot, and each is checked against the ranking it cites before it goes up.
How a subject is chosen
Only resolved people are eligible. A tool account has no story to tell, and an unresolved identity has no one to write about, so both are skipped by the tooling that scaffolds these pages rather than left to an author's judgement. Every figure in a profile is filled in from the snapshot it names, so a profile cannot quietly drift from the data it cites.
Each profile records whether its subject was contacted before publication, and says so on the page. Where someone has asked not to be profiled, there is no profile.
